The car is not even in the game files yet. Maybe on the next big update we'll see it. Hard to believe that F1 elite might most likely already lost its throne to this new car. I wonder what would overthrow the veyron in the future?

Those were six months apart. Six months from November would be May 2013. Regarding the all-over release rate of new cars, the fact that there are still five cars in the "cars" folder, and that the Bugatti is only in the language files so far, it is quite possible that it will not be released before May. By that, it could well be the next elite. I don't say it has to, just that it's possible.
Take a good look the first 3 Elite cars the ccx, zl1 camaro, and gst eclipse. Those first 3 elites came with race tuned parts, while acr and f1 came with pro tuned parts. At the rate we're going, I don't think we'll be seeing the stock acr. And that might also mean there might be no stock f1 at all.
Speaking of the Bugatti, I think there is a high possibility that this car might be an elite. Believe it or not, I remember someone mentioned on EA forums several months ago (around sept. 2012) he jokingly wanted an F1 to be an elite car. I could say, its us that's determining the next elite car.
